We’re a team of young, driven entrepreneurs from Mooresville, NC, passionate about helping homeowners and businesses keep their properties clean, safe, and beautiful. What started as two brothers knocking on doors has grown into one of Lake Norman’s trusted names for exterior cleaning and seasonal lighting.
Our Story
Like many great stories, ours started small — with determination, teamwork, and a few lessons learned along the way.
“We started J&N Property Services by going door to door, offering our help and learning as we went,” Jacob and Noah shared. “Our first job was cleaning windows for our neighbor, and it’s crazy to look back and see how much we’ve grown since that day!”
From those early beginnings, the brothers built a company centered around hard work, communication, and community. Their shared confidence in the business — and their belief that together they could build anything — continues to drive J&N’s success.

Serving the Lake Norman area means the world to us — we grew up here, went to school here, and now have the privilege of serving past teachers, local friends, and small businesses who make this area special.
Our biggest motivation is creating a stable foundation for our future families and continuing to grow in our entrepreneurial journey. When clients work with us, we want them to feel valued, connected, and confident that they made the right choice.
